He makes his fresh....I purchased mine from Trader Joe's.
This is a sweet version.

DAVID ROCCO'S AFTER SCHOOL SNACK
Take golf ball size bits of Dough
Pull or roll into flat discs
Heat Oil in pan till sizzling
Plop in the dough and fry until golden on both sides
Remove to paper towels
Add a bit of Butter
And sprinkle generously with Sugar and Cinnamon
Yummy!

Be willing to love not matter what.
See the light in everyone.
The power of love can heal all the broken little bits.
When you feel you heart is closed,
just place your hand over your heart
 and ask for divine energy to come and fill you with light and love.

USC WINNING TRI TIP SANDWICH
Split a sweet Hawaiian bread roll
Spread with Dijon Mustard
Layers with thinly sliced rare barbecued Trip Tip steak
Add sliced sweet Pickle
Squeeze together sand take a bite
Touchdown!

Day 206

Day 205

Churrasco is Spanish for grilled steak.
This is an adaptation for chicken.

CHICKEN CHURRASCO
2 tablespoons Paprika
4 cloves Garlic minced
2 tablespoons fresh Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Throw all these spices in a Ziploc bag with
4-6 Chicken thighs
plus 1/2 to 1 cup of Red wine
Let marinate for a few hours or overnight
I put everything is a glass dish and
microwave for 6 -7 minutes before
putting the chicken on the grill
Cook over high heat until skin blackened
or chicken is just barely pink inside.

Always be in touch with the infinite presence and power with you.

Constantly ask the divine to reveal where the gold is
