Day 214


These are simple cheesecake recipes.
Purchase crust mix (graham or Oreo)
and place in jars or small glasses.
You may add chopped up chocolate bars or fresh fruit.
Simple, sweet, adorable, delicious.

Chocolate Cheesecake
1 package Cream Cheese
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 can (14 oz.) chocolate sweetened condensed milk*
*If you can't find chocolate sweetened condensed milk
add 1/2 cup of Hershey's chocolate syrup to reg. sweetened condensed milk.
Combine.
Combine cream cheese, juice and condensed milk until creamy and smooth.
Pour onto prepared crust, chill at least three hours.

No Bake Cheesecake
1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (can be modified to taste)
1 tsp clear vanilla extract
Filling of choice.
Same directions as above.
I made the graham cracker crust
according to the directions on the box and bought the Oreo crust.
I just spooned about 1/2 cup of filling into each jar
then added the fruit filling of choice or fresh fruit
then refrigerated for a few hours.
Easy peasy!

Day 211


This was made with the pizza dough from Trader Joe's.

CINNAMON BUN
Roll out the Pizza Dough on a floured surface
Spread soft Butter all over dough
sprinkle liberally with Sugar and Cinnamon
Add some chopped Nuts if handy
Fold in half
Cut into 1 inch wide strip
Roll into spirals or tie into knots
Bake 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
Mix a little milk with Powdered sugar for an icing

These were good....but you can also get 5 in a can
already prepared that are even better!
