Churrasco is Spanish for grilled steak.
This is an adaptation for chicken.
CHICKEN CHURRASCO
2 tablespoons Paprika
4 cloves Garlic minced
2 tablespoons fresh Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh Rosemary
Salt and Pepper
Throw all these spices in a Ziploc bag with
4-6 Chicken thighs
plus 1/2 to 1 cup of Red wine
Let marinate for a few hours or overnight
I put everything is a glass dish and
microwave for 6 -7 minutes before
putting the chicken on the grill
Cook over high heat until skin blackened
or chicken is just barely pink inside.
