Day 301

Fiery Beef Marinade

½ cup Dijon mustard

½ cup soy

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and a bit of zest

 2 minced cloves of garlic

½ tablespoon of cayenne ( or more to taste)

Use to marnate and baste

Reserve some to drizzle over cooked meat
