2012 Week 11, Day 4


STIR FRI THI
Heat oil in wok or cast iron pan
Add small chunks of chopped Chicken Thighs
Finely chopped garlic and ginger
Splash of wine and soy sauce
Anything can be added at this point:
hot sauce, chutney, cashews, barbecue sauce, fresh herbs, etc.
I added this warm to a chopped salad
