2012 Week 27, Day 2


Jaime Oliver's  Bacon and Grape Salad
Chopped Greens
Turkey Bacon
Grapes
Tarragon
Balsamic Vnegar
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
Fennel Seeds
Filled a salad bowl with your favorite chopped greens
Slice grapes in 1/2 and add up to a cup
Add some fresh tarragon leaves
Saute bacon till crsipy, leaving 2 T oil in pan
( I used turkey bacon - add a little oilve oil to prevent sticking)
Add a splash of balsamic vinegar to oil plus
Salt and Pepper
Squeeze of lemon juice
Some fennel seeds
Crumble bacon into salad with grapes
Pour over sauce
Toss and serve
