2012 Week 29, Day 4


FENNEL CRUSTED PORK CHOPS
2 inch thick pork chops (with bone or without)
salt and pepper
crushed fennel seeds
heat grill to medium high heat
season the chops generously with salt and pepper 
crushed (pestal and mortar) fennel seeds
grill 6 to 8 minutes each side
(remove while still a little pink then wrap in foil and let sit for 5 minutes
slice and serve with spicey dijon mustard
