Day 133


Try not to be so....vanilla! Here's a cool option.

Today would have been my Daddy's birthday - 81!
Where ever you are Dad, celebrate!
Let them eat ice cream!!!!!!!!

CARAMEL NUT ICE CREAM TORTE
Press about 1/2 gallon (4 pints) soft Vanilla ice cream
into a 9 inch spring form pan
Freeze 10 - 15 minutes
Top with 1 cup Caramel sauce
(microwave it briefly if it's too hard to spread)
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of your favorite Nuts - toasted almonds, walnuts or pecans
Freeze until firm.
To serve, remove from pan and slice in wedges.
Yummy-licious!
