Day 39

BEEF BLUE
Steak
Blue Cheese
Cream
3 ingredients! How can that be?
The best things in life are the simplest.
Barbecue or broil your steak.
I use a sirloin and like it very rare.
Let it sit.
Crumble some blue cheese into a small pan and start to melt.
Add some cream and whisk.
A lovely sauce will form as the cheese melts.
That's it!
Slice your steak. Arrange on a platter. Pour the sauce over. Indulge.

This sauce is so delicious you'll pour it on potatoes or veggies or toast!
