This is one of those incredibly simple recipes
that is super yummy and super easy.
I always have the ingredients in my pantry.

RUM CAKE
1 yellow or chocolate cake mix
1 vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup each: rum, water and vegetable oil
Mix well and put into bundt pan that has been oiled and floured
325 for 55 - 60 minutes
Boil together for a few minutes
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup each of rum and water
Pour over bottom of cake as soon as it's out of the oven
Let sit 10 minutes only
Then invert and remove pan
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
