Day 43

HMMMMMMM HUMMUS
Rinse one can of chickpeas (16oz)
Place into food processor with
1 garlic clove
Juice from 1 or 2 freshly squeezed lemons
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)
Salt
Pulverize till smooth.

You may add some ground cumin.
Or a tablespoon or two of yogurt to thin.

Serve on bread, crackers, chips, carrots, celery, radishes, jicama
Or fill cherry tomatoes and olives.
Use as a sandwich spread.
