Day 45

You know what they say about oxymorons......

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED ORANGE SHRIMP
Start with a dozen JUMBO SHRIMP, shelled, deveined, tails on (handles)
Wrap each one with 1/2 slice of very thin prosciutto
Dredge in a bit of flour, salt and pepper
Saute in butter until golden, about 1 minute
Remove from pan.
Then add 1/4 Cointreau.
Ignite!
Add 1/2 cup orange juice to pan and cook down till thickened.
Pour over shrimp and serve.

Beware!
People will fall in love with you after tasting this!
Grand Marnier may be substituted.
